Liberals and Globalist In A Panic

 Trump’s win has liberals and globalist around the world in a panic.  They are questioning the sanity of the American voter.  In America, the Democrats are shocked that Hillary lost.  The socialist progressives are signing petitions to have a recall vote.  Many young Democrats do not realize that we are not a democracy but a Republic.  Our Electoral College gives us the protection against large population pockets that could control every election.  The process is part of our Constitution and gives us the representation needed to make our vote count.

I have been watching people around the world who are frightened that a major shakeup is occurring in world politics because America elected Donald Trump.  There are those who are concerned that the world economy will crash because the United States will no longer be giving out “free” money.  There are those who are afraid that Iran, Syria, and other Middle Eastern countries will no longer be a concern of the US government.  There are those who are afraid  America will no longer be the money bag for NATO.  Most world leaders who have destroyed their countries with liberal political agendas are afraid that Trump’s victory will spill over into their countries.

I guess if I were a citizen of a country that receives millions in aid from America I might be concerned about the American election.  The American taxpayer has for decades carried the economic burden of the world.  There is nothing wrong with NATO countries paying their fair share.  There is nothing wrong with stopping aid to countries that hate us.  There is nothing wrong with protecting the sovereignty of our borders, after all, we have been protecting the borders of other countries for decades.  There is nothing wrong with the American voters electing who they feel is the best for the job of President.  The rest of the world needs to fix the problems in their country before they tell Americans what to do.

The liberals around the world need to understand that the reason their country is the mess they are in is they have a failed economy because they have sold their souls to the globalist that wish to destroy their nation.  Once people realize there is hope, they will cast aside those leeches who have been bleeding them dry.  Truth and freedom are the enemies of the globalist.

Why should America follow the failed immigration policies of Germany, France, Britain, and Australia? Under the agenda of the globalist, these countries are now suffering an increasing crime rate from Muslim immigrants.  Take for example Sweden.  While the U.S. media has been preoccupied with the Clinton scandals, and the fear of a Trump presidency they have given very little attention to crime waves led by Muslim immigrants. European countries are rocked by Muslim immigrant-led crimes. Politically correct U.S. news media and government officials have chosen to soft-pedal them.

Muslim immigrants the world over claim that the host people are “racists” and treat immigrants badly. The Muslim immigrants fail to assimilate to the laws of their host country.  They are a law unto themselves.  Even a country like Sweden, known worldwide as a tolerant country has received large numbers of Muslim immigrants. Sweden, although one of the wealthiest, stable, and permissive countries in the world, is experiencing Muslim uprisings.

So don’t tell the American people we made a bad choice in electing a President that has given us the hope the rest of the world only wishes they could have.  Get your house in order before criticizing our choice for President.

The US Government -Antagonist To Peace

 I must confess I have not been a strong supporter of the Peace Testimony held by most liberal Quakers.  I am a strong supporter of peace over war.   As a Quaker, I cannot ignore the existence of evil.  I also realize that the carnal weapons of war can only bring about death and destruction.  If a nation has a strong military and operates on a defensive strategy rather than offensive the likely event of war is less.  No one starts a fight with a stronger opponent and expects to win.

The problem with the military strength of America is that our government has had an aggressive strategy based on a false defensive strategy. Going back to the Carter administration, there has been a policy of aggression towards any country that threatens the economy of America.  To summarize the policy, Any attempt by any outside force to gain control of the Persian Gulf region will be regarded as an assault on the vital interests of the United States of America, and such an assault will be repelled by any means necessary, including military force.

Under the pretense of protecting the America interest, the US government has entered into wars in Iraq, Lybia, Yemen, Afghanistan, and Syria.  The aggression of the US government is not defensive but antagonistic.  The US government is involved in 148 countries around the world.  The US government has close to 900 military bases in countries that have their own military.  Countries like  Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Japan, Bahrain, Djibouti, South Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait.  The spread of the US military around the world is the type of aggression that is not conducive to a peaceful nation.

Aggression is arguably the highest form of terrorism as it invariably includes the frightening of the target populations and their leaders as well as killing and destruction on a large scale. The U.S. invasion of Iraq in 2003 proudly announced a “shock and awe” purpose in their opening assault, clearly designed to instill fear; that is, to terrorize the victim population along with the target security forces. And millions of Iraqis suffered in this massive enterprise. What was the real justification for the Iraqi war? Benjamin Netanyahu himself defined terrorism as “the deliberate and systematic murder, maiming and menacing of the innocent to inspire fear for political ends.”

What concerns me about the Quaker Peace Testimony is they seem only vocal when it is a Republican administration.  Where were the vocal outcries and protests with the Obama drone policy?  Where are the protect from the “Peace Groups” about the invasion of Lybia, and Syria?  I find it hypocritical when the “Peace Quakers” can use the Peace Testimony for their political agenda.  Those supporting the actions of both Obama and Clinton in the present Middle East conflicts are violating the Peace Testimony they claim to support.  Quakers who continue to support the policy of aggression by supporting the present administration do not support the Peace Testimony.

I cannot support the aggression of the US government in the Middle East regardless of the political party.  The word aggression is rarely applied to the US government involvement in the Middle-East, but it is applied with regularity to the Russian occupation of Crimea which entailed no casualties and could be regarded as a defensive response to the U.S.-sponsored February 2014 coup d’etat in Ukraine. The U.S. invasion of Iraq was surely not defensive and was rationalized at the time by what were eventually acknowledged to be plain lies. The same is happening in Syria. 

I am for peace based on a strong defensive military used to defend this country.  Not a military that is used for aggression and terrorism of countries that do not agree with our economic policies or using the dollar to buy oil.

Why America Should Stay Out of Syria

Two years ago I posted this on my blog.

The prophet Jeremiah saw the future destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple after he had warned the people to mend their ways they continued down the road of destruction.  After the death of Josiah, the people reverted to idolatry and spiritual depravity and the loss of their moral standard.  Very few enjoyed the message of Jeremiah and his warning that the direction the country was going would result in a judgment of God.   The end result-judgment came, and Jeremiah was right. 

The message today is one that many do not want to hear, but it is important that it be given.  I am not a prophet but understand how Jeremiah felt when everyone thought he was the enemy.   I know there are those who don't want to see these posts or hear any facts, but putting your head in the sand doesn't help anything but the subjugation of America to Muslim Brotherhood, jihadists, terrorists and the global elitist who are manipulating all parties involved in the conflicts around the world. Progressive don't want this information shared because it keeps them successful in bullying and manipulating Americans, but the truth has a way of getting out.  I have chosen to share the information to try and educate my friends about the progressives and neocons and their threat to American freedom.  It is not a Republican or Democrat agenda that we should be concerned about it is the survival of freedom as we know it today.  There are those in both political parties who have sold their power and influence to those who would destroy this country. 

The American people have allowed our government to shape public opinion with its false morality of protecting the innocent from a morally corrupt leader or providing humanitarian aid to an oppressed people or fighting terror as an excuse to become involved in that country’s problems.    Americans bought into the WMD argument to go into Iraq.  We justified the war in Afghanistan by going after Osama.  We justify the drone attacks on the Pakistani people by killing al-Qaida leaders.  In every case, we killed vast numbers of people.   In Iraq over 600,000 have been killed, some have this number exceeding one million.  In 2012 the number of Iraqi children under 18 who had lost one or both parents was between 800,000 and one million.   

The Christians in Iraq were one of the oldest surviving communities in the world.  They totaled about 1,500,000 in 2003.  By 2010 people were stopped on the street and asked for identity cards if they had Christian names they were shot on the spot. Christians were legitimate targets.  Christian persecution was happening while the United States military was occupying Iraq.  Persecution was so terrible that half of the Christian population fled to Syria.  I find it odd that Christians would go to a country we are now ready to bomb because Assad is so wicked.  What do they know we do not? 

How did American involvement make it better for the people in Iraq?  We destroyed their homes, hospitals, schools and infrastructure, in the end, the very people we were fighting in Afghanistan are now taking over Iraq.  We destroyed a nation on the pretense of bringing democracy to the oppressed people of Iraq.  In reality, they were better off under Saddam Hussein.   

Under the democratically-elected government that now oversees the war-torn nation, branches of the Muslim Brotherhood are free to operate.   Persecution is a by-product of the war; there is an intolerance for other religions.  Not only has this been happening in Iraq but other countries where the US government is involved in bringing democracy.  Al Qaeda has been strategically targeting Iraqi Christians - even issuing a warning to all Christians to leave the country. 

Only one Catholic Church remains in Afghanistan, and it must be heavily protected. In Egypt and Libya, where demonstrators overthrew dictators in recent years, Christians have come under heavy persecution.  It is clear that where the US government is involved with terrorist organizations mainly the Muslim Brotherhood, the result is an unholy alliance- Christians are dying. 

The impact of the US going into Syria will no doubt create an economic burden on the American taxpayer.  The additional cost of war will increase the debt, raise the price of oil and put Americans in greater danger around the world.  That is not to count the number of lives lost, families destroyed, and some children made orphans by our actions.  How can we justify a war against a nation that has done nothing to us?  How can we bomb a country that has not declared war on us?  The conflict is between Syria and the Muslim Brotherhood not Syria and the United States.  If we remove Assad from power, just as we did Saddam Hussein, who will replace him?  The Muslim Brotherhood has tried for years to remove Assad and has failed; will the United Stated be the bully arm of the Brotherhood to do what they could not do?  

Just as Christians in Iraq fled to Syria because of the al Qaeda jihadist, Syrian Christians are again fleeing their homes.  Christians in Syria have not been spared from the violence; in fact, they have been targeted by the rebels.  Syria has become a dangerous place for Christians who have been given the ultimatum to leave; this threat is echoed daily by the mosques.  Christians have expressed concerns over who will take over the country once Assad is removed from office.  When the Muslim Brotherhood takes over Syria Christians will again be murdered in the streets and driven from their homes.  Who will speak for them?

Since 2001, the U.S. has undertaken regime change in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya.  All three countries are now in chaos and extremists are more in control than ever.  In Iraq, hardcore Islamic jihadis known as ISIS have taken over much of the country.

Libya has also descended into absolute chaos.  Al Qaeda is now largely in control of Libya.  Al Qaeda flags fly over the Benghazi courthouse.  Is it any wonder our State Department does not want to talk about Libya?   It should be remembered that the U.S. State Department helped sow the seeds of chaos in several ways.  Not only did we engage in direct military intervention against Gadafi, but also –armed Al Qaeda so that they would help topple Gaddafi.

In Afghanistan, the 0pium production is at an all-time high under the American occupation of Afghanistan.  And the New York Times reports that the Taliban are currently making huge gains in Afghanistan. Hillary Clinton is on record saying that the U.S. carried out regime change in Afghanistan in the 1970s by backing Bin Laden and the Mujahadin,  the precursor to Al Qaeda.  And look how it turned out.   The U.S. previously imposed regime change in Afghanistan has left the country in chaos.

The U.S. carried out regime change in Iran in 1953 … which led to radicalization in the country. Specifically, the CIA admits that the U.S. overthrew the moderate, suit-and-tie-wearing, Democratically-elected prime minister of Iran in 1953. He was overthrown because he had nationalizes Iran’s oil, which had previously been controlled by BP and other Western oil companies. As part of that action, the CIA admits that it hired Iranians to pose as Communists and stage bombings in Iran to turn the country against its prime minister.

If the U.S. hadn’t overthrown the moderate Iranian government, the fundamentalist Mullahs would have never taken over. Iran has been known for thousands of years for tolerating Christians and other minority religions. Both Democrats and been pushing for another round of regime change in Iran.

The next regime change is Syria. The U.S. has heavily backed the Islamic rebels in Syria in an attempt to implement regime change in that country.  The result?  And the jihadis are now crucifying, beheading, and cutting the throats of Christians.  Remember when Christians fled Iraq they went to Syria to find safety.

Is it just my imagination or has the U.S. government given power to Sunni Muslims to overthrown the Shia Muslims?  Every country where a regime change has occurred we have sided with the Sunnis who are a fundamentalist.  The Shias are secular and were tolerant of other religions.

Why Syria is The Battleground for Global Control Today

 In the Book of Revelation, we have the opening of the seven seals.  These seals are in relationship to what is happening now, not in the future.  Notice what the apostle John saw with the breaking of the second seal: “When He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, ‘Come and see.’ Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword” (Revelation 6:3-4 3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. 4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given to him a great sword.

This vision corresponds with Christ’s prophecy of the end time recorded in Matthew 24: “And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom” (Matthew 24:6-7 6 And you shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that you be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

The record of history shows a pattern of the red horse of war often following the white horse of false religion.  What can we expect to see as this red horse of war rides across the landscape in the last days, unleashing the fury of nations on the world?

In the last days, the Bible tells us, a horrible series of events will take place in the lands of Israel and Syria. One of these events is the disappearance of Damascus as one of the premiere cities in the world. The oldest continuously inhabited city on the planet, Damascus has witnessed at least five thousand years of human history, and some historians believe the city dates back to the seventh-millennium bc.

In the very near future, Damascus will once again play a major role in human events. The prophet Isaiah provides us with God's commentary on a future conflict between Damascus and Israel, and in so doing, He reveals certain prophecies that have been partially fulfilled in the past. However, the ultimate fulfillment of Isaiah 17 remains in the future. The current existence of Damascus, which will one day cease to be a city, as well as the historical absence of the coalition of nations prophesied to attack Israel and be destroyed by God, is proof that Isaiah 17 prophesies events yet future.

"This message came to me concerning Damascus: 'Look, Damascus will disappear! It will become a heap of ruins. The cities of Aroer will be deserted. Sheep will graze in the streets and lie down unafraid. There will be no one to chase them away. The fortified cities of Israel will also be destroyed, and the power of Damascus will end. The few left in Aram will share the fate of Israel's departed glory,' says the Lord Almighty" (Isaiah 17:1-3, NLT).

These opening verses paint a bleak picture. The city of Damascus will become a heap of ruins, utterly destroyed. Few, if any, buildings will be left standing. The once great city will be devoid of human life and will become home to all manner of wildlife in the absence of humans to chase them away.  According to these verses, the cities of Aroer, which are located on the northern bank of the Arnon River just east of the Dead Sea, will also be deserted. However, the passage doesn't say they will be destroyed in the same manner as Damascus, just that they will be deserted. It may be that people simply flee these cities out of fear or it could be from nuclear fallout.

Also, many of the fortified cities in northern Israel will also be destroyed. The few who remain in Aram, thirty-eight miles south-southeast of Damascus, will share the fate of these northern Israeli cities.

"'In that day the glory of Israel will be very dim, for poverty will stalk the land. Israel will be abandoned like the grain fields in the valley of Rephaim after the harvest. Only a few of its people will be left, like the stray olives left on the tree after the harvest. Only two or three remain in the highest branches, four or five out on the tips of the limbs. Yes, Israel will be stripped bare of people,' says the Lord, the God of Israel" (Isaiah 17:4-6, NLT).

The breadth and scope of destruction are clearly illustrated as God describes the Israeli landscape as stripped bare of people. Only a small fraction of people either choose to stay in the land or else survive what is a massive holocaust, leaving only a few inhabitants who struggle in poverty.

"Then, at last, the people will think of their Creator and have respect for the Holy One of Israel. They will no longer ask their idols for help or worship what their own hands have made. They will never again bow down to their Asherah poles or burn incense on the altars they built" (Isaiah 17:7-8, NLT).

Knowing that this will happen, we must ask: Why does it happen? The answer is found in the verses that follow:

"Their largest cities will be as deserted as overgrown thickets. They will become like the cities the Amorites abandoned when the Israelites came here so long ago. Why? Because you have turned from the God who can save you--the Rock who can hide you. You may plant the finest imported grapevines, and they may grow so well that they blossom on the very morning you plant them, but you will never pick any grapes from them. Your only harvest will be a load of grief and incurable pain" (Isaiah 17:9-11, NLT).

The devastation that overshadows Israel will come about because Israel has "turned from the God who can save them." All the hard work performed before this event will be lost. Those who have been distracted by the things of this world will be disappointed, for they have forgotten God, and by putting faith in the things of this world, they will ultimately be disappointed. Their only harvest will be "a load of grief and incurable pain." This grief will be brought to a climax when, in the midst of their suffering, the nation of Israel faces an imminent invasion:

"Look! The armies rush forward like waves thundering toward the shore. But though they roar like breakers on a beach, God will silence them. They will flee like chaff scattered by the wind or like dust whirling before a storm. In the evening Israel waits in terror, but by dawn its enemies are dead. This is the just reward of those who plunder and destroy the people of God" (Isaiah 17:12-14, NLT).

While Syria and Israel lie in ruin, the enemies of Israel will view her suffering as an opportunity to invade, their ultimate goal to destroy her forever. However, God has a different plan in mind, and He will destroy these invaders Himself. A more in-depth illustration of this attack is foreseen in Psalms 83:

By studying the geographical history of these ancient people and places, we can uncover which nations they currently compose. According to Psalms 83, in the aftermath of the destruction of northern Israel and Damascus, Israel will be invaded by armies from Jordan, the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, and Gaza. All of these locations are heavily populated by the enemies of Israel today.

Syria is an ancient land with its capital, Damascus, being the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world (circa 4 000 years). Its Semitic people have been ruled at various times by Akkadians, Arameans, Persians, Greeks, Romans and Turks.

·         So, why is the U.S. government so determined to have a regime change in Syria?

·         Does Syria have weapons of mass destruction? Nope.

·         Does Syria have a program to build weapons of mass destruction? Nope

·         Does Syria have a nuclear program? Nope.

·         Does Syria have or plan to have nuclear weapons? Nope.

·         Does Syria pose any possible threat to the United States? Nope.

·         Does Syria have a strategically important quantity of hydrocarbons? Nope.

·         Does the United States need Syria as a place to build bases to control the Middle East? Nope

·         Does control of Syria give the Americans any strategic benefits whatsoever? Nope.

·         Was Syria involved with the September 11 attack? Nope

·         Is Syria connected to al Qaeda? Nope.  In fact, the Syrian government is one of the biggest enemies of Islamist terrorist groups. Assad has a hatred for the Muslim Brotherhood, and they were banned from Syria.

Syria occupies a key strategic position in the Middle East and represents the last obstacle for a United States/Zionist takeover of the region and the imposition of puppet regimes in each state. The ultimate target appears to be Iran with whom Syria signed a defense co-operation pact in May 2008. The "popular uprising," which started in March 2011, has been masterminded by Turkish, American (CIA) and Israeli intelligence agents. The so-called "peaceful demonstrators" are the pawns of agents provocateurs (Salafists, Jihadis), who are armed with heavy machine guns, mortars, anti-air rockets and tank traps. The purpose of these demonstrations is to destabilize the country, so that a fake humanitarian crisis is created, which demands military intervention by R2P. 

(R2P) The Responsibility to Protect is a global political commitment which was endorsed by all member states of the United Nations at the 2005 World Summit to prevent genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity. The principle of the Responsibility to Protect is based on the underlying premise that sovereignty entails a responsibility to protect against genocide, war crimes,  ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity. The outcome is intended to be regime change.  

President Bashar al-Assad is a popular leader and is supported by most of his people. In a presidential referendum held on 10 July 2010, he gained 97.3% of the votes cast. Perhaps on this occasion, Syria will prove to be a "bridge too far" for the imperialist powers and their backers ­ the international bankers.  

The American people need to open their eyes to what is happening in the Middle-East.  Our government is rapidly pushing the world into a global conflict that will destroy every element of freedom.  It is our government that is complicit in the murder of Christians in Iraq, Lybia, Afghanistan, and now Syria.  When will it end? 

 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: ¹⁰ And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? ¹¹ And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled. Rev. 6:9-11

The 2016 Election

This post is my final post on the election.  Since I have already voted, there is no reason for me to consider what choice to make as that choice has been made.  The 2016 U.S. Presidential Election is one that will no doubt go down in history as the weirdest of all elections.  The contrast between the two candidates is enormous. Most of the campaign has been about personalities rather than issues.  The news media has shown it bias; the President has changed his opinion of Hillary from being a liar to the most qualified candidate every.

Donald Trump has been saying what is on his mind regardless of the political correctness. He continues to use the social media to spread his message.  Hillary Clinton is using a political playbook that uses negative personal attacks on Trump and avoids the issues that are important to Americans.  Hillary’s playbook is outdated and will not change the minds of the informed voter.

The breakdown according to the news media is a split electorate.  Women for Hillary; Men for Trump.  The educated for Hillary; the less educated for Trump. Blacks and Latinos for Hillary; Whites for Trump.  According to the polls Republicans, 87% support Trump.  The same polls Democrats, 84% for Clinton. What I find interesting about these polls is that they are not reflective of what is happening on the campaign trail.  A Trump Rally will have several thousand in attendance, while Hillary has problems getting a handful of people listen to her.

Trump has stuck to the issues of immigration, terrorism, and trade.  Hillary, on the other hand, has failed to mobilize her base around anything except the fact that she is not Donald Trump and he does not have the temperament to be president. 

Hillary stands for nothing.  She says she supports children but states that before a child is born, they have no Constitutional rights.  She says she supports blacks but has done nothing to change their economic condition in thirty years. She states the Hispanic are “needy” people. She has reduced her campaign to name calling.  Half of Trump's supporters are deplorable and unredeemable.  The emails leaked to the public has shown the true character of Hillary- a self-serving politician who has made her millions off the hard working taxpayers.

On trade, she has not uttered a word about how the rejection of free trade would send the cost of manufactured goods here in the US skyrocketing, and plunge markets into recession, and bring about an economic meltdown. She has not spoken about how U.S. exports account for almost 11 million U.S. jobs that would disappear overnight and bring our economy to a halt.

Clinton has not been real about immigration.  She wants to bring more unvetted Muslim refugees to American.  She is critical of Trump’s immigration plan but, she fails to mention that by closing down immigration at America’s borders, ports and airports, while at the same time providing an immediate path to citizenship, illegal immigrants would be placed on a par with Americans. Employers would be required to pay them the same wage and same benefits as American citizens, eliminating their workplace cost advantage. They would be able to come out of the shadows and work with law enforcement to curtail crime. And, if given the opportunity to learn English, they would be able to integrate into American society and culture, just as German, Irish, Italian and Jewish immigrants have done.

Instead, Hillary hides behind her crookedness, as if her practical smokescreens on policy will be enough to motivate an already complacent electorate. Hillary has painted Americans who support Trump as harboring prejudices and fears no matter what the realities of life.

On terrorism, she supports the same policies that created the problem in the first place.  She continues to support the Muslim Brotherhood and Saudia Arabia. She supported giving the Iranians a deal that will be the downfall of civilization.  Her policies in the Middle-East has killed hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians, destroyed countries, and brought us closer to war with Russian and China. 

Trump, on the other hand, doesn’t have a plan. Instead, he has an attitude and has created a movement. It is aggressive in a way that most Americans, including much of the defense establishment, can understand.  He has the support of over 200 military leaders, the Border Patrol, and Law Enforcement.  His plan it to make America Great Again.  He does not want war with Russia and China.  He wants to strengthen our military, protect our borders and bring jobs back to America, and protect the Constitution of the United States.

With each passing day, more and more people come to realize that the only reason to vote for Hillary is that she is not Donald Trump. Hillary has called Trump a racist because of his comments about inner city crime.  But when people read about murders in Chicago, gangs in South Central and high visibility crimes being committed day after day throughout the African-American community, they see what appears to be a self-evident truth. Calling Trump a racist does nothing to change people’s minds. On the contrary, it makes people dig in their heels in defense of racism.

Hillary’s attacks point out obvious flaws in Trump’s character. But they are superficial. Hillary, her advisors, and supporters all tend toward arrogance and denial. In their phony “we care attitude,” all she is doing is attacking Trump and touting her failed policies and trusting and hoping there is enough voter fraud to get her elected.

Maybe, if we survive this election in 2020, we will have a candidate we can all love and support.

The Mark of The Beast-A Different View

I am aware this viewpoint will not be accepted by those who have bought into the idea of the modern interpretation of Bible prophecy.  I only want you to give this some thought and consideration.  This viewpoint is a linear historical approach rather than a futuristic viewpoint.

Who does not know the meaning of 666?  The number of the Antichrist is known to both saint and sinner.  Marks on the forehead and hand indicate you are a servant of the Antichrist.  The question I have is how is this going to be carried out? There are those who believe it will be a chip that will allow you to buy and sell.  Others believe it will be an actual mark on the forehead or hand.  Those who do not have the mark will not be allowed to buy or sell.

Let me just suggest that the Mark of the Beast has already been received by many.  Let me explain.  In 606 B.C., when the Kingdom of Judah was about to fall, the prophet Ezekiel saw spiritual marks in a vision. He watched when an archangel said.

Ezekiel 9:4 & 6 " . . . Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof . . . Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house of the Lord."

Later, the writer of Chronicles, a historian, saw the same event, but he didn’t see the mark:

2 Chronicles 36:17 "Therefore he brought upon them the king of the Chaldees, who slew their young men with the sword in the house of their sanctuary, and had no compassion upon young man or maiden, old man, or him that stooped for age: he gave them all into his hand."

So why was Ezekiel able to see spiritual marks, but the writer of Chronicles wasn’t?  The writer of Chronicles saw things as they were in the material world. Ezekiel saw angels in his vision, so he was seeing the spiritual world, and don't all Christians also have a mark (aren't we sealed) by the Holy Spirit? (2 Co 1:22, Eph 1:13, Eph 4:30) But you don't see that seal on anyone, do you? Then in Revelation:

Revelation 7:3 & 14:1 "Hurt not the earth, neither the sea nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads . . . And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb (Jesus) stood on the mount Sion, and with him a hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written on their foreheads."

These seals are on the foreheads of every believing Jew of the Christian Era, but you don’t see them, do you? Of course, not, they are only visible in the spiritual world. They are not physical marks, but spiritual marks, and that’s the key to understanding the Mark of the Beast. Since the Lord's marks on His servants are only visible in the spiritual world, it is reasonable to conclude that Satan’s marks, given to the servants the Leopard-Bear-Lion are only visible in the spiritual world. This is not "spiritualizing" as some would claim, but accepting that figurative language demands a figurative interpretation. Scripture goes on to say . . .

Revelation 14:9-11 ". . . If any man worships the (Islamic) beast and his image (the Kaaba stone?) and receives his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb (Jesus): And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the (Leopard-Bear-Lion) beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name."

The Kaaba Stone

 Every day, five times a day, Muslims across the world face the holy site of Mecca and pray. Mecca is believed to be the birthplace of the Prophet Muhammad, but when followers visit the site, it is not Mecca they are facing but a building called the Ka’aba. The Ka'aba is a mosque and on one corner of this sacred building, is a cornerstone known as the Black Stone. Its history is shrouded in mystery, and there is much speculation over what the stone might be. Many Muslims believe the stone is, in fact, a meteorite possessing supernatural powers.

Millions of Muslims travel to Mecca, Saudi Arabia every year and in a single day, Mecca is capable of attracting over two million Muslim followers for the annual hajj pilgrimage, considered one of the five pillars of Islam. 

There, they gather around the Ka’aba, a cubic-shaped building at the center of Islam’s most sacred mosque, Al-Masjid al-Haram. During the ritual of the hajj, pilgrims must walk around the Kaaba seven times in a counterclockwise direction, a ceremonial practice that has been going on for fourteen centuries.

The Kaaba measures 50 feet high, 35 feet wide and 40 feet long. It is covered with a black silk cloth, known as the kiswa and decorated with gold-embroidered calligraphy. On the southeast side of the building is a gold door. Inside, the floor is made of marble and limestone and has three pillars. 

The Kaaba is built around a sacred Black Stone which is in the eastern corner about five feet off the ground. Muslims believe the Prophet Mohammad once kissed the stone and during their mandatory, once in a lifetime, a trip to Kaaba; they try to kiss the Black Stone if possible. If they are unable to, they simply point to it every time they pass on their seven-circle journey around the Kaaba. Each time pilgrims pass the Black Stone they recite a prayer from the Qur’an: 'In the name of God, and God is supreme.'  Non-Muslims are strictly forbidden from touching it, and most of the year the Kaaba is covered in black cloth.

The stone is a dark fragmented rock somewhere around two feet in length. Its surface is blackish in color, but there is speculation that this is due to how much it has been touched, along with the oils with which it is anointed. According to Muslim tradition, the stone was originally white but turned black from being in a world where it absorbed humanity's sins.

Worshiping the Image of the Beast

The first commandment given by God to Moses was “Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them:”

Before Mohammed’s lifetime, the Kaaba served ancient pagans as a sacrificial alter of human sacrifice. These pagans practiced animism and goddess worship, which were polytheistic religious practices prevalent in ancient Arabia and other surrounding Middle Eastern cultures

Amazingly, the stone was “once the throne of Isis,” an ancient Babylonian goddess. Is it a coincidence that the holiest site in Islam had its very roots in goddess worship, namely the goddess, Isis? The sign of Islam is the Crescent, sometimes along with a star…it was the same sign used for Babylonian goddess worship.  The holiest object in the Kaaba is the black meteorite stone, once the throne of Isis, now connected with Allah.

The stone has an interesting feature, in that it resembles a female vulva, which would certainly fit the narrative of goddess worship and other ancient forms of pagan worship, including fertility rituals wherein virgins were sacrificed to their supposed “gods” in return for their favor for the living.

In what might appear to be an Islamic attempt to recreate the biblical story of David carrying the Ten Commandments to Jerusalem in the Ark of the Covenant. (1 Chronicles 13) Some say that  Mohammed placed the stone on a carpet held at the four corners by representatives of the four tribes so that all would have the honor of lifting it.

Every year, Muslims take the pilgrimage to Mecca known as the “Hajj,” wherein they circle the stone seven times as they pray facing towards it. The pilgrimage is one of the “five pillars of Islam” and Muslim believers are expected to make the journey to at least once in their lifetimes. The gathering in the plain of Arafat symbolizes the climax of the hajj pilgrimage, and in 2010, two million Muslims were at the site together on a single day.

The tenth day (of the pilgrimage) is Eid al-Adha (The Feast of Sacrifice), a major holiday observed by all Muslims. For those participating in the hajj, the day is spent in Mina, where the pilgrim sacrifices an animal to commemorate Abraham’s sacrifice and throws seven small stones at each of three pillars on three consecutive days (the pillars represent sins and devils.

So, who was this ancient pagan goddess, Isis? The answer is that she was an “ancient Egyptian goddess of nature and magic. The goddess is often associated with Wiccan occultism.

Revelation 13:16 "And he (the Leopard-Bear-Lion) causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the (Islamic) beast, or the number of his name."

This whole Leopard-Bear-Lion prophecy is about a middle eastern empire. "That no man might buy or sell" is about conditions that have existed for Christians and Jews in Islamic countries ever since the 1st Jihad. Under Islamic Law of Dhimmi.  Those who agree to take the “Mark” become known as Dhimmis.  They were allowed to "practice their religion, subject to certain conditions, and to enjoy a measure of communal autonomy" and guaranteed their personal safety and security of property, in return for paying tribute to Muslims and acknowledging Muslim supremacy.  If you do not submit to Islam, you are killed.  Dhimmi has been going on for centuries.

Maybe the “prophecy experts” have had such a futuristic view that they have failed to see what is happening now.  Has the Church been so blinded to a fantasy that they fail to see the end times fulfilled right now?

 Revelation 19:20 "And the beast was taken, and with him, the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshiped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone."

You may find this view unacceptable, but it does answer many unanswered questions that are being asked.

Changing the Heart and Brain- A Spiritual Process

 The purpose of this article is not to reduce the Christian plan of salvation to a scientific explanation, but rather to show there is an actual physical change in the individual.  The steps of salvation are in a sequence that is important to bring about a change in the individual.  The plan of salvation starts in the mind.  Conviction is a process that starts one thinking about their wrong actions.  An individual must first realize they are a sinner.  Repenting is a change of the mind.  How we think is how we act.  To change those actions, we must repent.  Changing the mind will change our belief system, bringing about a new person. 

When Paul said we would become a new creation in Christ, he was correct.  Salvation brings about a physical change as much as a spiritual change.  Looking at the scientific research that has taken place and the discoveries of how the heart and brain works are proof of Paul’s statement.

Neuroscientists have discovered the strategy for rewiring the brain.  Contrary to popular approaches, this strategy involves more than just positive thinking or working hard.

In fact, there are pathways that must be activated in order to create new neural networks in the brain.  There are a few principles from the science of the brain that successfully activates these pathways.

First, the act of thinking sets in motion a chemical reaction in the brain similar to plugging in a string of lights.  As you think about something no matter what, you turn on the string of lights related to that topic.

For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Proverbs 23:7

Second, the more you think, feel and act the same way, the faster the lights turn on and the brighter they glow.  The longer the same action takes place the faster the response.  We have trillions of brain cells, resulting in millions of strings of lights correlating with our habits in all areas of life.  The best explanation of this process is “neurons that fire together wire together.”  That is why the more you lie the easier it is to lie the next time.  It soon it to the point you will have a hard time unraveling your own lies from the truth.  One pathway alone is not enough to rewire your brain.

Prior to taking action or deciding on something, you do so using your conscious mind.  Yet our lives are filled with different actions at every moment,  Those actions are not always a result of your conscious decisions.  Your subconscious mind plays a major role.  Actions controlled by your subconscious mind are beyond your control.  Your brain has been wired to act based on your prior thinking, feeling, and actions.

When you were first learning to drive a car you were taught a sequence of events.  Your focus when first learning was on adjusting the mirror, fastening the seatbelt, adjusting the seat, putting the key in the ignition, starting the car, checking what is around the car, putting the car in gear and driving.  As you become a skilled drive, your subconscious mind registers your action and you drive without making a conscious effort. You automatically avoid obstacles, change lanes, pass cars all while listening to music and talking with your passengers.  As your proficiency increases your driving process becomes natural and your decisions are automatic.

As you gather the knowledge you are wiring your brain to automatically act a certain way.  If your experiences are repeated, your beliefs and actions are wiring your brain to act to reinforce those beliefs and actions until they become automatic responses.

Your behavior is driven by the subconscious mind or how your brain has been wired.  When the subconscious mind takes control, your conscious mind is unaware you responded to the subconscious stimuli.

The way you have wired your brain will determine how you behave.  There are triggers that turn on our “string of lights” our thinking, feeling and actions will determine how quickly we react to situations.  You go through many experiences and incidents in life, but few incidents touch your subconscious as your belief system. When you experience incidents that involve your belief system, you are overpowered and your response is without your control.

Paul in writing to the Church of Rome in the 7^th chapter explained what happens when our brains are wired for sin.  Paul starts out by saying sin is the ruler and he is the slave.  In his conscience mind, he wanted to do good but the subconscious mind controlled his behavior.  He said I want to do good, but I am not the one doing the evil.  Paul was not making a conscious decision he was acting on his subconscious mind that was wired for sin.  In his conscious thoughts he wanted to do good but his subconscious mind he was a prisoner of his past thinking, feeling, and actions that were programmed by sinful actions.  He goes on to say, I see another law working in my body. That law makes war against the law that my mind accepts. That other law working in my body is the law of sin, and that law makes me its prisoner. What a miserable person I am! Who will save me from this body that brings me death?  I thank God for his salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord!  So of my (conscious) mind I am a slave to God’s law, but in my (subconscious mind) sinful self I am a slave to the law of sin.

We all have our idiosyncrasies. Whenever an experience, positive or negative has touched us it has a major input on how we are wiring our brains. Since the thinking, feeling and action will vary from person to person, different people respond to the same stimuli in a different manner.  There are some sins that do not have any influence on some people while others are in chains of bondage that seen unbreakable.

How does this knowledge help to understand the act of salvation?

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Cor.5:17

Change begins with you making a choice to change and that starts with being humble enough to realize that the events of your life are the direct product of your belief system and decisions.

The first step is repentance.  Repentance is properly understood to mean a change of mind--a change of the intention from wanting to sin to not wanting to sin--that results in a change in action. It involves the decision to make a change of behavior and/or attitude about something.

It is important to realize that the brain must be re-wired in order to change your behavior.  Repentance is the changing of the mind.  Our brain must be rewired to see a change in our behavior.  The mind must become a new creation, old thinking, feeling and actions must pass away.

The next step in salvation is belief.  Our belief system must change.  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4:8

When you change what you think, say or do in response to an event or situation, you change inner emotional states. As emotions are molecules that transmit the “what” to fire and wire” messages, whenever your felt experience of event changes, accordingly, this physically restructures the gray matter of your brain.

There are many who will testify to the fact their life was bound by addiction that controlled their life but when they came to Christ and accept His salvation old habits were gone. 

Research has found even deeply entrenched behavior problems, such as addictions, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) have been shown to respond to treatment that follows proven methods of rewiring the brain by altering current thought-response patterns.  However, there is more to salvation than just “rewiring the brain”.

One question that goes unanswered is how was the brain wired for sin?  You do not teach a child to lie, steal, or hurt someone, they instinctively know how to do these things.  Why?

Traditionally, the study of communication pathways between the head and heart has been approached from a rather one-sided perspective, with scientists focusing primarily on the heart’s responses to the brain’s commands. However, that communication between the heart and brain actually is a dynamic, ongoing, two-way dialogue, with each organ continuously influencing the other’s function. Research has shown that the heart communicates to the brain in four major ways: neurologically (through the transmission of nerve impulses), biochemically (via hormones and neurotransmitters), biophysically (through pressure waves) and energetically (through electromagnetic field interactions). Communication along all these conduits significantly affects the brain’s activity. Moreover, our research shows that messages the heart sends to the brain also can affect performance.

There is much that is written about the heart of man.  In scriptures we are taught:

Jeremiah 17:9 - The heart [is] deceitful above all [things], and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Mark 7:21 - For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,

Romans 3:10-18 - As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

Romans 1:21 - Because that, when they knew God, they glorified [him] not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

Psalms 51:5 - Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.

It is not the brain that conceived the knowledge and actions of sin, but rather the heart.  Many believe that the heart is spoken of in the scripture as symbolic of the emotions of man.

Ezekiel 36:26 - A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.

Psalms 51:10 - Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

Jeremiah 17:9 - The heart [is] deceitful above all [things], and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Jeremiah 17:10 - I the LORD search the heart, [I] try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, [and] according to the fruit of his doings.

Matthew 5:8 - Blessed [are] the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

Ezekiel 11:19 - And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh:

Proverbs 4:23 - Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it [are] the issues of life.

Hebrews 4:12 - For the word of God [is] quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and [is] a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

James 4:8 - Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse [your] hands, [ye] sinners; and purify [your] hearts, [ye] double minded.

Proverbs 21:2 - Every way of a man [is] right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts.

Psalms 34:18 - The LORD [is] nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust in the LORD with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding.  

 Here is what researchers have found about the heart.  This only verifies what the scriptures have said all along.

“A small group of cardiologists joined forces with a group of neurophysiologists and neuroanatomists to explore areas of mutual interest. This represented the beginning of the new discipline now called neurocardiology. One of their early findings is that the heart has a complex neural network that is sufficiently extensive to be characterized as a brain on the heart.  The heart-brain, as it is commonly called, or intrinsic cardiac nervous system, is an intricate network of complex ganglia, neurotransmitters, proteins and support cells, the same as those of the brain in the head. The heart brain's neural circuitry enables it to act independently of the cranial brain to learn, remember, make decisions and even feel and sense. Descending activity from the brain in the head via the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches of the ANS is integrated into the heart’s intrinsic nervous system along with signals arising from sensory neurons in the heart that detect pressure, heart rate, heart rhythm and hormones.

The anatomy and functions of the intrinsic cardiac nervous system and its connections with the brain have been explored extensively by neurocardiologists. In terms of heart-brain communication, it is generally well-known that the efferent (descending) pathways in the autonomic nervous system are involved in the regulation of the heart. However, it is less appreciated that the majority of fibers in the vagus nerves are afferent (ascending) in nature. Furthermore, more of these ascending neural pathways are related to the heart (and cardiovascular system) than to any other organ. This means the heart sends more information to the brain than the brain sends to the heart. More recent research shows that the neural interactions between the heart and brain are more complex than previously thought. In addition, the intrinsic cardiac nervous system has both short-term and long-term memory functions and can operate independently of central neuronal command.” https://www.heartmath.org/research/science-of-the-heart/heart-brain-communication/]

The heart is the first organ to form during development of the body. When an embryo is made up of only a very few cells, each cell can get the nutrients it needs directly from its surroundings. But as the cells divide and multiply to form a growing ball, it soon becomes impossible for nutrients to reach all the cells efficiently without help. The cells also produce waste that they need to get rid of. So the blood and circulatory system, powered by the heart, together form the first organ system to develop. They are essential to carry nutrients and waste around the embryo to keep its cells alive.

The neural output or messages from the intrinsic cardiac nervous system travel to the brain via ascending pathways in the both the spinal column and vagus nerves, where it travels to the medulla, hypothalamus, thalamus and amygdala and then to the cerebral cortex.

Had the existence of the intrinsic cardiac nervous system and the complexity of the neural communication between the heart and brain been known sooner there would have been a clearer understanding of the heart-brain connection.  Understanding the heart/brain connection is vital in understanding the plan of salvation.  When the scriptures speak of the heart/mind it is not symbolic but the reality of how man is created.  Even researchers agree that the connection between the heart and brain tell us what makes each of us a whole person.

Having a pure heart and a mind fixed on Christ can restore a sinful person back to their rightful relationship with God. You always have the option, once you realize this, to choose the thoughts, emotions, actions you want to express in your life.  All automatic thoughts, emotion- or action-patterns that cause guilty in your life are based on misguided understandings, mostly subconscious, between your heart and mind.  This is from the old hard wiring of the brain.

It is important to see a transformation of the mind.  Paul understood the importance of changing the mind, “. . .be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”Rom. 12:2

Repentance is changing the mind, certain thoughts or behavior patterns must change so you can clearly see what is true and what is not true. That is why the prophet said, You will keep in perfect peace the mind [that is] dependent [on You], for it is trusting in You. Is.26:3

To consciously shift your focus on something opposite from what your brain has been automatically trained to do to ensure your survival will require you to come at this with determined force, to understand and accept that this will be quite a challenge, incredibly so.  We grow in our Christian experience.  Daily we take up the cross and follow Christ. The process of repentance is the process of changing how our brain is wired.  We change our behavior by changing our thinking, feeling, and actions.  We have been admonished to have the mind of Christ.

To see a change in the way we think and act is to have a clear vision of what we should prioritize and value. To the extent you have a clear vision of your life and what you most value, your heart and mind subconscious galvanizes, and sharply focuses, your emotional energy to create thoughts, ideas, and actions that align with your highest yearning changing how your heart and brain changes your long-term behavior.

It’s not an option. It’s how your brain is designed to work. You need a clear vision of what you really want, who you want to be, what you’re willing to do and not do, clear enough so you can see it, preferably involving most or all of your senses, that is, you picture it, taste it, smell it, hear it, and feel it as if it were already a present reality—in other words, Faith.

When your vision is a passion, the part of your mind that is in control of forming and breaking habits, the subconscious, is more quickly persuaded to let go of and replace the patterns that have been causing problems. To influence change, you must gain the cooperation of your subconscious mind. You need the vision to energize your mind and body and focus the direction of change. You can achieve what you want, more easily and effortlessly, when your conscious and subconscious mind works together toward common goals.

This no doubt the reason many who start to follow Christ give up and fail to see a change in their thinking, feeling and actions.  Their behavior has not changed.  They have not worked out their own salvation with fear and trembling.  They have not counted the cost of following Christ.

Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death.2Cor.7:10

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine HEART that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved” (Romans 10:9

The toughest work is repentance because it’s the actual changing of behavior. You have to perform another behavior instead of the old one. Once you recognize that you are a sinner, and why the cycle of sin is re-occurring, you now have to replace the old behavior by giving your brain new things to do. This is where the change in brain chemistry occurs, where you are creating new neural patterns, with your new mindset. By refusing to be misled by the old carnal nature.  Action seals the deal. When you consistently take action, going opposite the emotional response you used to respond with to a triggering situation, you are consciously self-directing changes in your brain. These changes will make it increasingly easier for you to train yourself to respond, for example, with relative calm and confidence to a situation that is normally triggering for you. The more you exercise a Christ-like behavior, the more likely your subconscious mind will integrate it as a learned pattern that becomes more and more automatic. 

Eventually, old thought patterns and intense emotional responses fade in intensity, and your brain is not highjacked by the old nature. You’ve developed the capacity to accordingly maintain an optimal emotional state of mind and body. Extensive studies say that, when you determinately decide to change your mind, you cause physical changes to your brain

 It has been scientifically shown that the brain is structurally altered by changes in your behavior patterns. You can put off the old ways of thinking patterns and old limiting beliefs by the transforming power of Christ.  Salvation offered by Christ is truly a change in our thinking,feeling, and actions.
